The corporate resolutions and ownership documents are all provided
blank for your convenience so they can be completed after the
fact. This is very helpful if you are not totally decided as to
how you wish to structure ownership or who(m) you wish to appoint
to the company as officer(s). This package consists of the following:
1. A Nevis Limited Liability Company, all incorporation
documents, Memorandum of Association, blank Ownership Certificate
and initial resolutions.
2. A full service offshore bank account with full internet banking. Account opening
fees are prepaid.
3. A stored value offshore ATM/debit card providing ATM access to your funds
as well as through regular point-of-sale purchases (utilising such POS networks
