you to anonymously access your funds via ATMs around the world as
well as at Electronic Point of Sale devices located in most major

fee will be deducted from the first initial deposit made which under
no circumstances may be less then $5000 USD or equivalent in other

Policy
Regarding Statements
It
is the policy of Sovereign Chartered not to customarily mail out
statements for reasons of privacy and confidentiality. Account statements
are available on a 24-hour basis via the Internet, which is designed
to preclude the necessity of utilising the regular mail and the
possibility that such mail could be tampered with and privacy breached.
However, if specifically requested, a statement can be mailed or
faxed at a charge of $10 per statement.
Protocol
Concerning Wire Transfers
Once
your account application has been accepted, you will be assigned
an account number. No personal details (corporate name, etc.) will
identify the account. All wire transfer instructions that are provided
to your remitting bank must reference the account number. Every
time a wire transfer takes place, your account will be automatically
credited.
If
you have more than one account, it is important that you contact
us and provide instructions as to which account should be credited.
Wire instructions will not be acted upon if they are incomplete
or missing vital information. All wire instructions should provide
all the relevant route codes for the beneficiary bank. Most international
wires involve the routing of wires through one or more intermediary
or receiving banks, full details of which must also be provided.
It is imperative that the appropriate bank routing codes are used
for all banks involved. At minimum, this will include their SWIFT
codes. In addition, other routing codes, such as ABA numbers (all
US banks), Sort Codes (all U.K. banks), etc., should also be used
where appropriate.
Wire
instructions are entered through the on-line interface available.
However, in the event of a server or internet access problem, instructions
may be initiated either by fax or through secured email. Examples
of secure email include Hushmail and Hypersend.
For
security purposes, communicating through regular email is not recommended
and it is something we do not encourage. If instructions regarding
your account(s) are sent by ordinary email, they will not be acted
upon.
