3. Initial each page of the Deposit Account Agreement.

4. Secure copies of the following documents:

• A passport copy (if no passport, driver's license) for each signer on the account. This copy should be enlarged and the photograph should be clear.
  
• Copies of the three most recent bank statements from another bank account. In lieu of this, you may use a bank reference letter.

5. Fax all paperwork to +41 1 274 2945. Once our office has responded and all is in order, we will give you the go ahead to mail the originals to our office address or if you are a resident of North America, we can provide an address in Canada for speedier receipt.

3. Initial each page of the Deposit Account Agreement.

4. Secure the appropriate document for the legal entity you are using:

• For an LLC: Copy of Incorporation Certificate and Articles of Organization.


• For an IBC: Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association.


• For a Trust: Copy of Trust Indenture.

5. Fax all paperwork to +41 1 274 2945. Once our office has responded and all is in order, we will give you the go ahead to mail the originals to our office address or if you are a resident of North America, we can provide an address in Canada for speedier receipt.
